Mandy has over 30 years' office experience. Her first job was as an YTS!! in an estate agent where she worked for over 7 years before leaving to have her first child.
From there she went on to work in a call centre, recruitment and South Wales police. Along the way she has gained a lot of communication and customer service skills.
At DWA her duties are varied, she deals with clients on payroll, takes telephone calls from clients, sends out monthly newsletters and manages the recruitment at DWA.
She is also a large part of the DWA social media and marketing team.
